Founder & Lead Strategist
Cynthia Boone is a dynamic leader, strategist, and community advocate who brings professionalism, organization, and vision to Boone Strategic Solutions, LLC. With extensive experience in Economic Development, Tourism Marketing, Administrative Operations, and Grant Management, Cynthia is known for transforming ideas into impactful initiatives that strengthen organizations and communities.
Grounded in faith and servant leadership, Cynthia serves as an Evangelist and President of both her local and national Youth Department. She actively serves on planning committees for church conventions, convocations, conferences, and ministry events while also providing executive administrative support for pastors, bishops, and ministry leadership teams. In addition, Cynthia brings years of experience in wedding and event coordination, helping clients create organized, meaningful, and memorable experiences through professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail.
Gregory Boone
Co-Founder
Gregory Boone brings strong leadership, mentorship, and operational support to Boone Strategic Solutions, LLC. With experience as a former Probation Officer, Counselor, mentor, and Youth League Head Football Coach, Gregory is passionate about helping individuals and communities grow through guidance, discipline, and encouragement.
Grounded in faith and servant leadership, Gregory serves as an Elder within his church, is a member of the Elder Board, and oversees the Pastor’s Aide and Men’s Department ministries. Known for his integrity, calm leadership style, and commitment to service, Gregory helps support the mission and vision of Boone Strategic Solutions through leadership, mentorship, and community engagement.
